I've been to convention once before, but now that I am President of my chapter I feel that this is going to be one of the more important trips I make. I'm very excited to meet other NSCS members, employers, and especially the NSCS staff who keeps our organization going.
I'm also involved in Mortar Board, Student Government, Phi Gamma Delta, our Student Alumni Relations Team, and school!
This summer I'm partnering with an expert in the pond business and I am helping to move his company in the right direction. This, of course, also includes me getting down and dirty to help him build his ponds, but it's a learning experience.
